Cayman Islands ("Camel Sports" "we", "us" or "our"), hereby requests that you carefully and diligently read this Privacy Policy (the “PP”) prior to the usage of any products, mobile applications, websites, and contents that are produced by Camel Sports in addition to any other service or digital platform that belongs to or is provided by Camel Sports ("Camel Sports Services"; this term shall be used interchangeably to mean Camel Sports unless as otherwise specified).

We thank you for selecting and being a part of Camel Sports. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. When you begin using and visit Camel Sports, you are trusting us with your personal information. We as a company take your privacy seriously. Camel Sports is the Data Controller of the information we collect from you and the information is stored as securely as is practically and technologically possible in Amazon Web Services cloud services.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from Camel Sports is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal information / data is identified as any information that can be used to identify a natural person. Such information can be utilized to identify the natural person such as but not limited to: identification codes and numbers, names, economic data and cultural data, location data, social identity, online identifiers, physiological status and genetic status, and mental status. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and Camel Sports in addition to the choices you make and the products and features you may use. We may also collect other information that may be considered personal in some instances. The aforementioned information we collect can include the following:

1. Information you voluntarily provide to us when registering and creating an account in Camel Sports.

3. When you participate in a challenge on Camel Sports.

5. Name and Contact Data: We collect your name,location, phone number, gender , Metamask id and other similar contact data, birthdate.
6. Credentials: We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access only.
7. Social Media or Email Login Data: We may provide you with the option to register using social media account details, like your Facebook, or email accounts like Gmail.
8. Geo-Location Information: We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using Camel Sports, to provide location-based services if applicable. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
9. Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, such as your contact list to allow accessibility to be able to view whether any one from your contact list is participating in Camel Sports. We are not sharing your contact data with any third-party. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
10. Communications: such as your User Contributions and Submissions and Feedback.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THIRD-PARTY SOURCES
If you choose an account creation method using social media or email to connect to Camel Sports, we by default access the email or social media and the its basic information according to your privacy settings, which may include your name and username, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture, as well as other information that you choose to make public.

OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information collected via Camel Sports for a myriad of business purposes, as well as in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in pursuit of entering into or performing a contract with you, when you provide us with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. The aforementioned may be listed as follows:

1. To facilitate account creation and logon process.
2. To comply with our contractual duties towards you.
3. To send you marketing and promotional communications of our products and services.
4. To send administrative information to you and improve our services to you and customer support and customer care to improve your interaction with Camel Sports.

5. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this PP.

OUR STANCE ON THIRD PARTIES
Camel Sports may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services, or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this PP. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from Camel Sports. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR INFORMATION

1. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this PP unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements, or anti-money laundering regulations, in some cases being 5 years, and/or in consideration of the statute of limitation, and possible disputes).
2. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshooting problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our T&C and/or comply with legal requirements.
2. You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You can choose your preferences at the time you register your Account with Camel Sports or at a later date after you create your Account by logging into your Account settings and updating your preferences.

The updated version will be indicated on the first page under the “Last Updated” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible on Camel Sports.
